This video is mainly here to embarrass the city of Peoria, Illinois for its pathetic snow and ice removal efforts in the aftermath of a storm that hit on December 18/19 2008. They can pay $30000 for a firm to design a new logo for the city, they can take out a $40 million loan to build a new hotel downtown(when we already can't figure out how to pay for a nearly $300 million sewer system upgrade mandated by the federal government), but they can't pony up a bit more money and correct a huge public safety issue. This video was made the morning of December 26, a full week after this storm hit.
