I've seen pictures on devaintART.com of people cosplaying characters such as:Kakashi,sakura,ichigo,naruto,itachi etc.So the point is do you have to pay to get in and how much does it cost and where are they held at?Also is it held at big cities like NYC,and is there any in peoria IL?Oh and one more thing ya know kakashi's make out paradise books?Are the cosplaying books blank or people make their own...
